Angel was courteous, informative and accommodating. She signed me up for the rewards program and explained the program's benefits. Angel had a lot of energy and projected that she enjoyed her job which are two things I rarely encounter when I check into a hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be staying at this hotel when I come to Kalamazoo in the future. April 14, 2013
