Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Favorite place to stay in Grand Rapids, MI! This is my home away from home. I have stayed here everytime I travel once a month to Grand Rapids. Sadly, this last visit the room hair dryer was broken and I didn't pack mine from home due to such great service each prior visit. I went to a big meeting with my hair air drying. Do have to say I will be back but check the hair dryer before going to bed to avoid early morning surprises. Very quiet, and close to all shopping etc. Love this hotel you will too! April 28, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This hotel never disappoints! I have been staying at this hotel for 2 years whenever my company called me over to Grand Rapids to do work at Kellogg's in GR. I love this hotel because it has all the amenities, even though I drive 20 minutes from the hotel to the job. In my recent stay, it was another wonderful experience. Jessica was a fantastic help. My room didn't have a pen, but she came right up and brought me one. And it was only a pen. The breakfast I had over there is also top-notch. I recommend this place to anyone who comes to GR on business. April 3, 2013
