Being a platinum member over the last few years I am used to receiving some sort of recognition when I arrive at a hotel. A nice welcome, thank you for being a priority member, a small gift, or an upgraded room. At this Lacey hotel, I never even received a SMILE! The service was awful! The room was awful, ground floor, extremely noisy! When I mentioned it in the morning I still didn't get any acknowledgement. There are a lot of different hotel chains out there I don't have to choose yours.
I feel I should get my points back for this stay. It was unacceptable!

This hotel is nestled among tall evergreens. Although right by the freeway, it is not loud. It is right off the freeway exit, so very convenient. Also, even though there are no restaurants on the same street, they are within walking distance.
Major stores and gas stations are all nearby as well. Very very nice place to stay!
Also, the front desk staff had a great sense of humor and also recognized my Priority Club status.

I stay at the Holiday Inn in Lacey frequently and I have found the staff to be consistently friendly, polite and professional. My room is always comfortable and clean. My special check in needs are met without a problem. I love this place! I have stayed at many hotels and this is the best.

Because of work locations I end up staying at this Hotel quite often. I have never been disappointed. It is always clean and quiet and the staff is always cordial and efficient.

Nestled amongst the tree's even though it was under 5 minutes from I-5. Quite and cozy and clean. We enjoyed our 12 hours at this hotel.

I asked for a quiet room and received it. All the staff I interacted with were very pleasant and went out of their way to friendly and helpful.
The room was clean, comfortable and warm. I appreciated the choice of firm or soft pillows.
The breakfast had a lot of choices of hot and cold entrees, juices, milk and coffees.
Overall, it was a very nice place to stay and I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Lacey is a quaint town with comfortable low stress atmosphere. The location of the hotel is easy to find off the main highway. It is nestled near tall cedar trees. Clean .
