My wife found multiple hairs on the sheets and blankets, plus some stains. Contacted the front desk and the guy working it quickly brought up new keys for a different room. This employee was very easy to work with and welcoming. Other than this dirty bed, there were no problems. He stated that he was going to report the issue with management. May 13, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by overnight stay We had some water issues at our house and needed to stay overnight for just one night and were running out of options as to where to stay. We had called several places prior to calling Candlewood, they didn't have the beds we needed. So once we called the staff was very nice, checked us in and we were set. Once we got to the room we were instantly impressed with the room, clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Very glad the other places couldn't meet our needs so we could stay here for the night May 1, 2013

The fitness center was good and the laundry machines were a convenient amenity. The bed's were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Would definitel stay here again. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and gave excellent directions. The location was so close to all different types of restaurants and shopping. The hotel was very clean and beautifully kept. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend Candlewood Suites to our family and friends. We would also like to add the patio and grill outback was a fabulous idea! October 21, 2012
