Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Excellent We always use this hotel when visiting Leeds. Ideal location extremely clean and the staff can not do enough to help. If you do not have anything just ask as nothing is to much trouble. We are using hotel again very soon May 22, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff We stayed at the hotel last weekend for about the sixth time in the last 8 months. As usual the hotel was very clean, quiet and the staff were very helpfull and curteous. Even though the hotel was full on Saturday night there was no noise and plenty of breakfast. We can recommend his hotel to anyone but especialy to those visiting students in the nearby residences April 26, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great B&B stay This hotel was very comfortable and friendly. I felt that nothing was too much trouble. The room was excellent with a very large bed. It was quiet at night and we slept well. The breakfast was really good with everything you could want. Cereals, fruit juice, fruit and hot food and it was all really fresh and free!! We are both retired people and would definitely stay again and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone, including disabled or people with children all of which were staying there at the same time as us April 22, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean Rooms and Great Service The hotel was not as close to restaurants or the city center as I had hoped but the staff was great, friendly and did all they could do make the stay pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel offers a limited menu for diner and the items they had are very good and served in the dining area. Breakfast was great. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone going to Leeds. April 11, 2013
