Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good value for money including parking and breakfast Everything was perfect for our needs. Yes the hotel is a 10 minute walk from the city but then you are not disturbed by noise. The parking is secure and within the grounds and is a small fee. The breakfast was lovely with a choice of 5 cereals, croissants, muffins, toast, jams, fresh fruit, yogurts, fruit juice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. The hot selection was more limited but adequate - scrambled egg or Frankfurt sausages and beans - but no bacon. (hence the 4* rating) Hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. June 8, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable A clean and comfortable hotel in a good place for Leeds Centre and Headingley Stadiums. Nice if it had a gym. Room by lift meant some noise and one lift was not working! But all in all a good place for a short stay. June 3, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Very friendy welcome We have used this hotel twice recently and each time have been more than satisfied. The car parking is a reaonable price and we were able to walk into the city centre easily. The room was spacious and comfortable with a good en suite. Rooms are very quiet so ensure a peaceful night. The breakfast was freshly cooked and there was plenty of choice. May 25, 2013
