Given a room upon check-in but had to move the next day after realizing carpet in front of bathroom was soaking wet.
Moved to a different room the next day for two nights and was advised to move to another room for a second time as shower not functioning properly although we did not request for one.
Caring management and making sure we were comfortable.
Breakfast was superb. Apparently they were voted "Best breakfast" by IHG Group, I believe. Also TV programs extensive albeit no free internet.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and I have to mention them here - Ms Magda, Ms Beata and Mr Frank.
I am recommending my daughter to stay at the same hotel when they visit London in September 2013. I would also stay here on my next visit.

If you book early you can enjoy fantastic discount on the room rate. It is a family hotel as its welcome kids and provide free shuttle to nearest underground station.

I have stayed here before but i dont often eat in the restaurant. However, last week I was staying with a larger group of colleagues and we ate in the restaurant on 4 consecutive nights. Each night the service was very slow. It was taking up to 1/2 hour to get a drink and the meals were taking well over an hour. We had to remind the serving staff to bring desserts more than 30 minutes after they cleared our meal dishes away.
I also did not get an upgraded room. As a priority club member I thought this would have been granted given there were other members of my party who did get upgraded rooms who are not club members.

The hotel was clean and tidy, with a comfortable welcoming. The staff were professional and polite, but a bit souless! Never needed the use of staff knowledge.
It has a good size restaurant and bar, and the food is good. Breakfast is plentyful with a lot to choose from.
The rooms are tidy and clean and well presented, though sometimes a little careless with the bedspread and pillow ties.
Location is lacking inspiration, though a taxi is always available to transport you if needed.
Parking is ample.
The room was a bit noisy, a low hum was emiting from the fridge, but not too much to disturb sleep. Curtains are very thick, so kept the light out in the morning which is really good!
Bed was very comfortable.

Located on edge of London with easy access to main roads and excellent shuttle bus to local tube. Rooms very comfortable with excellent sound proofing and air conditioning. Staff always polite. Food first class. Bar comfortable and relaxed. Shopping mall right across the road. Perfect for everyone whether on business or pleasure.

Situated just a the end of M! it is always the hotel of our choice. You can park your car in their car-park for £5 per night and forget about it. Their is a regular free shuttle service which ail willingly take you to the underground or bus station. The rooms are clean, staff courteous and a good optional breakfast. The only problem we have had is that the showers are a bit dated and needs attention to though they are still in working condition.

The hotel is located in Brent Cross, very convenient to go to Lodon. The room rate is very reasonable, too.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Glenn53 Roon and stay excellent although problem with housekeeping on final day took some of the gloss from the general standard up until then.
We arrived late on the evening and check in was good, room pleasant and comfortable. Organsied a late check out (2.30pm) with the staff. Overnight stay was pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Courtesy bus to the tube station was good. My wife wanted to do a little shopping after a nice long soak in the bath. However, housekeeping knocked on the door and entered 3 times whilst she was in the bath and she eventually had to abandon it!!. Each time the staff member apologised but despite this, 3 different people entered the room. After aborting the bath, she walked across to do a little shopping before returning to find herself locked out of the room!!!
Very poor from housekeeping spoilt what was up until then an excellent stay. Shame
