Bear left at Hammersmith onto Hammersmith Bridge Road ( do not go over flyover). Take the 3rd left turn into Shepherds Bush Rd. (A219) and follow this road to Shepherds Bush. Turn right along the northern side of Shepherds Bush Green (Uxbridge Rd A4020) and at the junction by the tube station with Westfield shopping centre on your left, turn left onto A3220.
