Great family friendly hotel my kids loved it would come again,just one negiative comment the room was cold i think the air con/heating was not working.

We stayed here on 29th & 30th March as we had reservations to the David Bowie Is exhibition at the V&A and a lunch booked at One Blenheim Terrace, St Johns Wood, we regularly come to London from Exeter and don't mind the commute by train and tube. This hotel was ideally placed for location to the train station, bars & restaurants in the lively town centre.
All staff were friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable of the services and area.
We had been upgraded to a Junior Suite room and the room was lovely very spacious with table chairs, sofa & fridge in our room. The only problem we couldn't get the safe to work but that was probably user error.
The facilities of the hotel are superb with a gym and fitness area, sauna in each of the changing rooms, steam room and pool.
The only thing I would say was that the drinks were incredibly expensive we paid £12.00 for a pint of cider and a glass of wine but the town centre does have a number of choices of bars & restaurants with in walking distant & a morrisons too.

Lovely comfortable room with amazing beds. Decor a bit tired in bathroom. Slept very well until 2.30am when the neighbours came back and then we were kept wide awake. Although you don't hear doors slamming at this hotel, the soundproofing between rooms leaves alot to be desired. The breakfast was good but a bit busy!

Returned yesterday from a weekend break thank you for a most enjoyable stay this hotel never fails me - all the staff made this a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I have stayed here on several occasions and will certainly be back.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel 2 or 3 times a year for over 10 years to visit family and have always found it comfortable
this visit we brought our grandaughter as a 16 birthday treat the staff were brilliant and made her feel special. The breakfast has always been good but this time even better

The hotel is extremely well placed near the high street and train station. The rooms are comfortable and the service excellent.
They serve an especially good buffet breakfast.

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. They were happy to help my 9 year old and were a breath of fresh air. The room was clean, facilities in the pool great and again, staff happy to answer questions. Excellent stay.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Sutton with my children and wife for 5 nights from Tuesday through Sunday the 3rd of March, our stay was fabulous, the food was great the breakfast 1st class, and the chef was always helpful and smiling, as my Daughter got married on the 2nd and had the reception at the hotel the banqueting manager was very helpful as well.
The spa staff were great, the pool and changing rooms were always clean and tidy and the facilities were first class.
Room service was quick and the food was hot and tasty, on returning to our rooms they were always serviced and very well cleaned.
I can’t say enough about all the staff we encountered they all were very helpful and kind thank you to all the staff of the Holiday Inn Sutton for making our stay such a happy one.
I have worked all over the world and stay in many hotels, some being Holiday Inn’s but the holiday Inn Sutton is by far the best cheers guys and well done again.

Comfortable hotel, reasonably priced, and well situated for Sutton Town Centre ammenities. Also within a few minutes walking distance from the main line railway station giving easy connection to London centre.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn to attend a family party and it made our weekend perfect. Excellent hotel and very efficient staff. We made use of the Spa facilities which were excellent. The breakfast (which we had in the room!) was also excellent!

Great hotel generally, but one thing I didn't like was that there was no central lighting in our room. Wall lights only. This made it slightly depressing, but also made it difficult for my wife to aplpy her make-up properly. The room was clean and tidy though, and the staff were very good. This flaw with the lighting slightly spoilt an otherwise great stay.

This is what makes staying at this Holiday Inn a pleasure.
The staff are very friendly and always ready to go out of their way to help. Example: the lights went out in my daughter's room when she plugged in her hair straightener - a quick call to reception had them back on in no time. When the duty manager dropped by to ensure all was now working she helped us to establish it was the appliance at fault not our plug adaptor (we live abroad) but in doing so we had fused our adaptor. She immediately offered to go and get an adaptor and even suggested it might be helpful if she found a couple of adaptors so the girls didn't have to share. Within two minutes she was back with them in hand.
We have stayed several times at this hotel and would happily return and recommend it.

Excellenert hotel, very friendly staff. Feel very secure when staying on your own. Fabulous facilties, and the food is excellent.
Nothing too much trouble here and close to town centre.

Excellent value for money and very friendly and accomodating staff. Stayed here on 2 separate occasions over christmas and new year period and was very comfortable and relaxed. Close enough to station for a first time traveller to England and yet far enough away to enjoy the quieter side as well.

Hotel was easy to locate, just tucked away next to the main shops in Sutton.
Staff friendly and attentive on arrival. Enjoyed the meals that we had and received great service from Nikki (apologies on spelling) :-)
Would go back again, as great location, and everything.

We took advantage of a special offer and booked 3 nights at this lovely hotel. The children (7 and 5) loved the swimming pool and so did we. The water was warm and clean and the changing rooms were too! The rooms had everything we needed, including two very comfortable beds and a flat screen tv. Tea/coffee was replenished daily, along with shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. Our room had a full size bath with shower over, so after a long day sight seeing in London, this was a welcome retreat to soak away the aches and pains.. The train station is about a 5-10 min walk and the train takes you straight to Victoria or St Pancras Station, about a 30 min ride away. Sutton itself has a lovely little shopping centre and there are some local pubs and the usual fast food outlets should you decide not to eat at the hotel. A great mini break and we will definitely be returning!

clean rooms and communal areas. fair prices for food and drink. good facilities. i am a regular here and can say the staff are always so helpful polite and will do what they can to help at all times , whic h always makes you feel valued. lots of choice at breakfast and kids eat free , always a plus. sutton station to london a few mins walk a way and about a 30 min commute time to london. been coming here for 13 years now and every year it seems to get better. hopefully be going back for another few years to come.

We stayed here for two nights (discounted being a priority club member, x1 night free). Excellent service during our stay. Pool, sauna & gym are of high standards. All staff are helpful and accomodating.

As a regular visitor to this hotel I am always made to feel extremely welcome. Members of staff greet me by name and this week the lady who is normally on duty in the restaurant in the mornings was concerned that I was skipping breakfast to rush to an early meeting. Outstanding service

I have stayed in Sutton many times this year and I have seen lots of changes (and good ones!) at the holiday inn. Very friendly staff (very helpful and always with a smile), nice overall atmosphere and fair room comfort. Haven't tried the pool but it looks nice.
Will stay there again for sure!

I arrived on a cold and blustery day. I walked from the station which is only 15 mins walk away. The first thing I saw was a orange juice dispenser offering a quick drink before check in. There was no queue so I went straight over. I had only booked the day before and everything was ready for me. They had upgraded me to an executive which I didn't expect as I was staying on points. They made sure I knew about the restaurant and the room service. The room was large with a window overlooking the library. There was no noise at night and they offered me a late checkout until 14:00. As it was a Sunday I decided to have breakfast in bed ordered it the night before and was very surprised about the amount of food. I didn't need any lunch. Check out was very easy and they arranged for a taxi to take me to my next station. Overall great service and helpful staff. Some nice touches.

Being upgraded on arrival was a first and most appreciated. The room was well appointed and with every facility. It was also clean and the iron and ironing board very useful as we were attending our son's wedding.
Breakfast was an excellent affair and I particularly enjoyed the chunks of black pudding and the complimentary glass of bubbly.
The staff were efficient and very helpful. Polite and charming.
Probably the best stay I have had at a Holiday Inn property and will continue to look for your premises when staying away from home.
