Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and very big room We enjoyed the hotel and very happy with how the staff treated us. I only wish that our room had a mini fridge and a microwave. We were able to stay because of the great discount we received, but there is no way I would pay full price to stay there. There was a huge stain on the rug near the bathroom and it just isn't worth the price without a fridge and microwave. Other than that the bed was very cozy staff was wonderful and even with our room by the pool it was very quiet. May 17, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by not happy we ad issues from the beginning, we reserved room months a head of time and we did not get what we asked for. then when we had room issues it took way to long to get help the only helpful person was the manager who got to know me by name. he was great rest of staff a bit stuck up and rolled theirs eyes a lot. As a result, they took all of our towels, which we only had two to begin with, and never brought us more towels. May 3, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Passed the white socks test I travel a lot and I always check to see how clean the floor is by wearing a pair of white socks. I wore these white socks three nights in a row just to check and they stayed sparkling white! Can't even do that at my house. Look I know there are no perfect hotels because there are no perfect people but I am very impressed with this staff. They really care about what they are doing. It's an older hotel but I have always felt safe and I love the location right off the loop. I love that they have breakfast at the hotel and room service. I stay here anytime I am in Lubbock. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen! April 12, 2013
