Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by CLean and comfortable I arrived a day earlier than my reservation date and was accommodated very easily and welcomed without problem. The front desk personnel were very friendly and hospitable as were the staff that I encountered during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable but the arrangement was not my favorite with the sink located outside of the bathroom (just not a preference of mine). There were outside areas to relax and the grounds were well maintained but the volume of the music at the entryway was slightly too loud for my liking. I didn't use the pool or exercise equipment, but it looked inviting and well appointed. I will likely stay there again; room, staff and breakfast all great values. May 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by art my son and i are from the south suburbs of chicago,and have been visiting ludington since my wife passed in 1988. we have stayed in just about every hotel-motel around.the holiday inn express is by far the best of the best. the management and entire staff are the friendliest and most professional that i have encountered in all my stays.my wife would have really enjoyed staying here because we used to call her misses clean and the rooms here are spotless. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Everything was great The Manager at the desk was informative, helpful and genuinely wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh, constantly re-stocked and there was a wide variety. We stayed there because we were going to the casino. We will definitely stay there again. April 15, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ludington HE The room wasn't cleaned very well. Their were reminants of cookie under my bed (as I always check for creatures), and the bathroom smelled a bit of urine. The toilet paper holder bent outwards and the paper roll was a bit difficult to deal with. Other than that, it was fine. April 5, 2013
