Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Location and Beautiful Holiday Inn Express We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express while on business in the Everett/Mukilteo area. The value cannot be beat on this property. Ample parking/located near mall, restaurants and whole foods. Very quick drive to anywhere North Seattle and 25 minutes to downtown. For the price it cannot be beat. Good breakfast in the morning and very attentive young lady working breakfast. They need to move her over to the front desk staff. The pool and spa are nice. The fitness center is good and spacious for abrisk workout. The beds are comfy and rooms are spacious. All in all a great stay. April 17, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Usually a Great stay We typically love staying at The Holiday Inn Express in Lynnwood. The beds are super comfy, the rooms are very clean and the staff is usually most helpful. Unfortunately this past trip the room next to us was exceptionally noisy, slamming their front door all night long and they had a barking dog that kept waking us up during the night. I was surprised to hear a dog barking as I thought this hotel was a pet free hotel, as most of the websites we have booked this hotel from say it's a pet free hotel. However, when I spoke to the front desk in the morning about the barking dog and how it kept waking us up, the clerk informed me that it was a pet friendly hotel and that was about it. No apologies for the barking dog and our lack of sleep. As a result of a very restless night, I am not sure if we will stay at this hotel again. :o( April 2, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Business Stay While not the closest hotel to downtown Seattle, it is close enough to facilitate access within .5 to 1 hour at rush hour. Price is great compared to downtown hotels. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as office supply and other stores. Easy access on and off I-5. Rooms were clean and comfortable. January 29, 2013
