I attend meetings next door at the Sheraton every other month. I choose to stay at this hotel as it outshines any stay at the Sheraton. Rooms are always comfortable & quite, the evening snacks and morning breakfast are fantastic. I will always stay at this location when in Madison.

Our Stay was not as good as I was hoping. The lobby area looks great and you can tell it is new but the rest of the hotel looked 20 years old. I was a little nervous about riding the elevator. The AC in the room did not work well at all and it was only 65 degrees outside. Cannot image what it will be like on 90 degree day.
The staff was very nice and polite and the breakfast was good as usual with a Holiday Inn Express.
I did not express my concerns to the staff and I am sure if I did they would have accommodated us as they were very nice about everything. I just did not have the time to deal with it as i was in a wedding.

The staff was excellent. Vincent, Kelly and John went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one. Dinner suggestions and fresh cookies for dessert. Very friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

No problems. Friendly staff checking in and out. Clean room with comfortable bed and great shower. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Sometimes it is how a business reacts to a customer's bad experience that really makes a difference. I stay here often and my stays are usually run of the mill - just ordinary. Decent room, friendly staff - what one expects when traveling for work. My last stay, a couple weeks ago, was not good - staff member did not follow through with what he said he would do and I was quite unhappy. When I arrived for this two night stay, the hotel had a surprise for me in my room and a note to say how sorry they were for the problem during my last stay.
I was surprised and very pleased at their effort to make up for the last stay. My sincere thanks to the individuals that remembered me and cared enough to value my business.

I have come to expect good rooms and solid value from HIE properties. The front desk staff at this location could be used as training models--- some of the best I have run into.

Rooms were pretty standard hotel fare: clean, comfy, nice sized beds and TV. Best part was the continental breakfast. Lots of variety and a fun little pancake-making machine.

This hotel has a warm atmosphere, the staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. The facilities are competitive and comfortable. The location is convenient for anywhere in the Madison area.
