The facility was like new. I stayed in two different rooms and both were very clean. The people here were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. I even liked the soap. No complaints. I will stay here again when I'm in the area.

Overall, the room was fine. But the bed was rather hard and the sheets were rough - not very high quality. The one thing that bothered me was the fact that you could not have the bathroom light on without a really loud fan blowing. On the pls side, great selection of TV channels. I loved that I got to watch the Yankees game -YES channel - and the John Stewart show and Colbert Report - Comedy Central. I never get that in hotels. They usually have a selection of channels, none of which I want to watch.

The bed had a too firm mattress. Each bed should have a pillow top on the mattress to accomodate people who cannot sleep on such hard beds.
I am concerned with a reservation that I made for May because of this issue. I was unable to sleep the entire nite on my last visit 4/13/13.
The staff and place is lovely but if you cant sleep on a too firm mattress is makes it difficult to come back to and stay at the hotel. I mentioned to the staff the problem with the mattress and they tried with an extra blanket to soften the mattress- but it didn't work. I had a bad nite and would hope some compensation would be given for not taking into account different cusotmers needs and supplying only one type of mattress and no pillow top covers.

This small town hotel was wonderful. Quiet and cozy, clean and friendly people. The place was immaculate and Peggy on the Breakfast Bar made you feel at home. Breakfast was delicious and fresh and always being replenished. Only planned on staying one night but, so comfortable stayed two. Pool was clean and so was hot tub. Plenty of towels and very well kept up

Great room, price is expensive compared to what there is in Malone. Breakfast was disgusting. My sister and toddler both threw up after breakfast. But yes i would stay there again if i ever return to Malone.

The hotel was modern, and in very good condition. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Just an awesome experience.
I was a little bit disappointed at the "exercise room with free weights" - for free weights they just had a rack of dumbbells up to like 35 lbs and no universal machine.
But the pool was nice and refreshing, the whole hotel was very clean and again the service was exceptional. The breakfast bar was awesome too, a bunch of choices including bacon, eggs and sausage.
I forgot my iPad charger in the room when we left and they shipped it no charge. Again, just phenomenal service!

Usually I just love staying at this property but this time I was not so happy. The elevator was broken and I had to carry my luggage up the stairs by myself...big suitcase...small person! The front desk was great but you would think that there should be 2 elevators in a hotel. My room was very nice though and the hotel is clean and efficient!
