Manteca HIE is possibly the best throughout the entire IHG chain. The hotel has a beautiful exterior, modern interior, knowledgeable, sweet staff, clean rooms, great beds, good location. I have stayed 3 times to do business in Stockton and is the only hotel I will stay with in this area. It is just the best!

I have stayed here twice and both times I found it quiet and relaxing. There are food and shopping options all within walking distance. Staff was great as well. My only dislike was the eggs at breakfast. I do like hardboiled eggs but prefer to peel my own. The eggs are already peeled and sitting in the fridge. Very unapeeling. No pun intended. The rest of breakfast was average or good considering it was free.

This is my favorite HIE property. I have been staying there since it opened, and it is always clean, the personel are always friendly, the breakfast is always hot and plentiful, and the neighborhood offers many different food and drink options. I recommend it highly.

I needed 3 rooms together for family on the fly. We got it. The rooms were spacious enough for us to see each other during our stay and clean. Thank you to the staff for helping us out on short notice.

The front desk clerk Jake was great. Check in 12/30-1/1 Due to noisy child next room Jake moved us, we asked for upgrade and he moved us to suite. The front desk staff of this hotel have always been great, we have stayed 3 times in 2012. A number of times in 2011
This last stay we booked on your holiday inn website, and will never do that again. About a week before arriving we called to cut our stay short by 1 day, and the owner, was rude and after granting a cut in rates, my wife called as she was unhappy with the partial discount. The owner, took back deal and was extremely rude to my wife. And because of this and how owner handled my wife, customer service from owner side, we will be staying anywhere else on our next stays. We have grand kids and family in Manteca, and will be continuing to visit the area, and are saddened that we will be searching for different location, as I stated the customer service on owner part, left us feeling very dissatisfied and disgruntled.

I have to travel to Manteca for work several times a year and I always stay at Holiday Inn Express. The check-in is always fast and easy, the room is clean and comfortable, and when I ask for something special like getting a carton of milk before the official breakfast hour starts, they have no problem helping me out.

I have stayed at this establishment 3 different times. It is easy on and off to Hwy 99. The staff are always friendly and nice. The rooms are VERY clean and fancy. I lkie this place very much.
