The location was great, staff was awesome. We found the rooms to be very clean and beds were comfortable.
The location is perfect if you are heading north out of Atlanta, we did not experience any rush hour traffice issues the morning we left. The south bound traffic was backed up at least 10 miles out.

we have stayed at this hotel several times using our priority points. from the greeting as you walk in to housekeeping every thing is excellent. we recommend this hotel highly.

I love how this hotel is completely smoke free. I liked the eco friendly option of not having your towels washed every day. It’s good to see a hotel that is environmentally aware! I appreciate the commitment to cleanliness in this hotel.
Room was very clean. Nice and clean fitness center and hot tub area. Also, the staff was very nice and polite.

I actually stayed at this hotel on business for a whole week. The staff is phenomenal, the breakfast is the best that I've had in a long time at a hotel. This hotel is very clean and I love the fact that you actually feel safe. The people are great and I can't say enough about it. Thank you all for your patronage and for making my wife and I comfortable away from home.

I was billed a significantly higher price than what was initially quoted on the internet. This was charged directly to my credit card prior to my arrival with no opportunity for refund or cancellation. Please consider more flexibility in this regard.
The condition of the wellness/fitness facilities needs to be improved. The exercise equipment available for guests was beyond its useful life. The spa/pool was not functional during the duration of the stay.
However, the condition of the rooms was excellent and very clean. The breakfasts were wonderful as you would expect at a Holiday Inn express.
