This is the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at in the state of Ohio! Breakfast is primo, clean with a great selection. The room fits my big three criteria; clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool area is well maintained, always has towels and this is the ONLY Express that isn't afraid to keep the whirlpool warm! The front desk people are friendly, helpful and efficient.

Very polite staff and helpful. The only room for improvement was the room was not set up with a desk to work on.

My girlfriend and I were expecting our child at anytime. I had booked these reservations for myself and my family so that I could sleep and for them to stay while we were out of the hospital. Working in a hotel I really don't like to complain or argue with the agents due to I know how it feels when someone else does. But when the day arrived and our baby was about to be born I called the hotel to put my mothers and fiance's name on the reservation they were able to do that for me. I was at the hospital they went to check in because i wouldn't be there till 2 or 3 in the morning. When they went to check in they went to give them their cards on the reservation the agent told them they did not need to take a fop because they are using a method of payment. Which to my knowledge they have to ask for a form of payment and I.D. when someone checks in. I was very upset because they were going to cards on file till i could put my Credit card on the file not my debit card. To where my bank account went into the negative. I had to call my bank and transfer money due to that process. This could of been avoided by just taking a form of payment instead of assuming that the card on file was payment. They Lady that was working in the morning of the 6th i believe her name was Pam she was tremendous help and had great service.

Staff were very professional, easy check in and out. Comfortable hotel with nice Italian restaurant nearby.

This property was very clean. Staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others...
I was disappointed that I was not recognized as a Platinum Priority Club member during my stay.

I am always impressed by the staff. Always polite and easy to get along with. I have been to this hotel for the last 10 yrs and am always happy. Rare to find such a quality experience.
