Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by quiet & comfortable quick check in with friendly staff. Nice big comfy room. As soon as we got to our room we tried to use the phone, but it wasn't working. we started to press buttons & apparently alerted the front desk to our problem. Within a very few minutes, maintenance staff were at our door to quickly resolve our problem. Breakfast was nice. We've stayed here once before & will stay again!! May 21, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome for outlet shopping! I always stay at this hotel when I make a shopping trip to Grove City. The staff can't seem to do enough for you (and I mean this in a good way). It was never difficult to find someone on staff if there was something that was needed. I love that there is coffee/tea/hot chocolate available all day, every day, and the popcorn is a nice treat as well. Good breakfast selection, with healthy options (hard boiled eggs, cheerios, yogurt etc). Lots of available parking as well, which is a relief. The only thing I wish this gym had were some free weights in the cardio room. Other than that, we'll be back in a few months! :) May 3, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay I would definitely recommend this property if you are considering an overnight stay in the Mercer area. The facility is up to date, modern and clean. The staff is friendly and willing to make your stay comfortable. The only downfall was our heater/air conditioner unit. It definitely made noise throughout the night. If you are a light sleeper this may be a problem. All in all a great stay. April 20, 2013

Pleasant staff and a good choice for breakfast. Also like coupons available for discounts at local restaurants and outlet mall. Elephant & Castle is our favourite and is close to the hotel.
