This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in and I travel 4 out of 7 days a week. When in Meridian I will always stay at this particular hotel. it is perfect. June 5, 2013

Late in the evening no reservations,stopped in and found a room that was very comfortable and bright.If ever I'm through the area again I will stay with them 1 more time. May 30, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by There were a few problems ... Our online reservation had specified a non-smoking room. When we arrived we were put in a non-smoking room on the 2nd floor which was a smoking floor. The hall reeked of smoke and the room smelled quite musty - my guess is that someone had smoked in it in the past and it had to be cleaned to try to get the smokey smell out. We complained to the desk and they immediately knew that the 2nd floor hall had that kind of problem. Fortunately they were able to move us to the 3rd floor which was much better (both hall and room). Then, when I tried to take a bath that night around 8:00 pm, the hot water was barely luke warm. I called the desk and asked about that and they said the earliest they could get a repair man in was the next morning - after we checked out. The next morning, the water was hotter. I'm not sure that I would stay there again, although the rooms were quite nice in size and acoutrements (apart from the smell) and the staff was most friendly and pleasant. May 28, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room that needs updating I previously stayed at this some Holiday Inn Express less than 2 months ago. The last time I stayed, they had luggage carts so my husband and I could bring in the luggage. This time there were none! Myself and another elderly woman waited patiently while the desk clerk told us he would check on getting some. Finally we gave up and started toting in our luggage. The hotel room was a king bed and of big size compared to other hotels where I stayed on this trip. Also, compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels, while functional, the bathroom could stand an update. Overall, the room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby and guest areas have already been updated. Other than those annoyances, I couldn't find anything else negative. May 17, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place I have no idea why this HIE has as low a rating as it has. It is new, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I was reluctant to stop there based on some of the reviews but I'm certainly glad we did. I wish all the Holiday Inn Expresses we're this nice. It had everything you could want for breakfast and two staff were on hand to keep things supplied and clean. Great place!! May 2, 2013
