My sister chose this Staybridge for her family and guest for her wedding. She even used the Middleton Room for her rehearsal dinner. It was a perfect choice! Jan at the desk was especially helpful but the whole staff was super! We had a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath suite which we were extremely happy with. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety, including hot items. I would definitely recommend this property.

Love this place. 2nd time staying at this property. Will return again when I have to travel to Middleton area. Would like to see improvements in the Exercise room. But the rooms are great, the staff is attentive to my needs, & the location is the best

Jan at the front desk was very helpful and very friendly!! We had to leave a day early due to illness and she was very helpful and accommodating!
Very nice location and atmosphere... we will be back soon!

Got to the Hotel about 10pm; had to wait a good 15 minutes for clerk to return to the desk to check us in!
Underground parking is a nice winter feature.
room was clean and bed very comfortable.
Bathroom poorly designed--good luck opening and/or closing the door with the floor mat on the floor!
Local TV stations did not work.
Better be one of the first ones down to breakfast if you expect to get a place to sit. Poor layout of food area everyone gets bottlenecked trying to walk through the same little opening off the juice/waffle maker end of the narrow walkway.

Staff was very friendly, good advise on places to eat, go etc. Social hours on Tue / Wed & Thur nights are fun. Mr. Cook the new manager is very nice guy. Will stay here next time I am in town. Brreakfast is very nice - standard - but very nicely done.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was hard as a rock which made my back hurt.

I ended up really enjoying my stay at the Staybridge Middleton. Mostly because your evening desk person- Jan helped me out when we discovered the 800 number reservationist booked me at the wrong hotel. I had a bad feeling about it because I had to keep telling her it was in Middleton NOT Madison. You guessed it, she booked me in Madison. I drove to Middleton after work hours so I was tired and stressed after driving a few hours in the dark so I didn't argue about the rate. Although the hotel was booked in my room category, Jan gave me a room after calling the Madison location and finding that my reservation was for the wrong hotel. Although I had to switch rooms the next night due to my room was going to be taken by someone else, I was just glad to be able to stay at hotel my company wanted me in. Your 800 number reservationist needs a geography lesson and to be more careful and listen to what the customer is asking for.

We loved this Staybridge! Had 2 units for 8 days while our extended family participated in the World Dairy Expo. Comfortable sized rooms & kitchens, great breakfast, good laundry room and best part was having the pool open 24 hours/day (our schedules are not bankers hours!). Very clean throughout, and helpful staff. We did not get the units our daughter requested, but the thoughtful staff gave us an up grade which put grandparents near youngsters. Thank you! Middleton has good restaurants and stores nearby, so older generation usually ate supper back in Middleton. Close to health food store. And the one night we made it back for the evening social hour, the refreshments were delicious. By the end of our stay, I had had enough of the show barn and colliseum, but wished I could enjoy another week at this staybridge and explore the area around Middleton. Maybe next year!
