As a priority club member, I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels. There were a few things that stood out at this location. The HBO was not working when I arrived at the room. The following day the problem was taken care of. The sheets on the bed were stained when I arrived in my room. This did get taken care of but was very disturbing to discover at first. The room also had a bad odor. It was a musky smell that kind of smelled like body odor, and it was not pleasant. Even with the air conditioner running, the smell stayed in the room for my entire stay. Overall, I was a little bit dissapointed with this Holiday Inn Express, but I will continue to use this chain and this was the only one I have ever had a negative experience with.

Overall, the hotel was good. Beds/rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The room we had did NOT have a mini-fridge and microwave that others in this same price range do. If you don't care about the pool, there are other hotels in this area that are cheaper (and quieter due to kids not running to the pool :) Would recommend it if this is what you're looking for, but shop and compare as with anything.

I think this hotel was another brand before... hotel is rundown and needing some TLC.... Non Smoking room with cigarette burns around the sink, flooring sounded like there was some wood planks under the carpet.
As for the Staff they were friendly and helpful when the Soda machine stuck, they said that it happens.

Overall great experience. Excellent service, helpful staff and clean comfortable room. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a gret place to stay. The staff is very courtous and work
to may yor stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean and the lighting
is up to standards.

I stay at this hotel all the time and the staff is always so nice to me. The rooms are spacious and comfortable as well. Will definately be back to this hotel.

If you are lucky you might get a fridge or microwave if you ask weeks in advance. But, I even asked weeks in advance when I booked my reservation and they still tell me they dont have any available! This is the third time this has happened at this hotel! Anyway, I am not going back until this hotel goes through a remodel. As an Elite platinum member maybe I expect more from Holiday Inn, but so be it.
