The staff at this hotel is ALWAYS so helpful, friendly, pleasant, and attentive. The room was clean and fresh. Wonderful hotel!!!

Being in the service business I understand that things can happen... checking in late and finding that your on the 3rd floor with the elevator broken is not good for bad knee's and heavy luggage.... They can carry my luggage but you can't fix bad knees...!!!!
Can't blame the hotel however it's hard to take when your tired, needing to work late then having to struggle to get to your room.....
The issue was resolved the next morning a pretty quick fix that I think should have and maybe could have been done before that....!!!!!

We are a family of 4 including 2 toddlers and we stayed here for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early. It's a new property and located within a short drive to numerous restaurants and shopping. Mini fridge helped to fray costs of meals and pool/hot tub was a nice distration. We skiied for 3 days and spent 2 more in Park City so this location for the price was ideal. Breakfast was just OK but did offer fresh fruits, breads, yogurt, milk cereal, tea, pastries and some hot options like pancakes and eggs (but made from powder?) with biscuits, gravy and sometimes bacon. I was hoping for better eggs but again, this was the only downside and even still everyone enjoyed the free breakfast options.
We will definetely be staying here agin onour nxt visit.

We stayed there on a Saturday and again on Wednesday. It was easy to find and extremely easy to get on and off the I-15 Freeway. The clerk (LEEANN) was very friendly and professional.
She made sure that we had everything that we needed. When we checked out on Sunday morning she thanked us again for staying there. I mentioned that we would be back on Wednesday afternoon. When we did arrive on Wednesday, she greeted us by name and already had the paperwork out for us. She even remembered that we liked Diet Pepsi. She was really nice and our whole experience there was great. I will definitely stay there again. I also used my priority rewards for the stay and I didn't know what to expect, since I never used them before. I was extremely impressed on how I was treated and the whole process of using the points.!!!!

Everything about my stay was awesome. I always stayed this hotel when I visited Salt Lake City, UT because the staff was always so nice, friendly, and helpful.

Clean and comfortable bed and room. But, covers very heavy and too hot without a/c on. Pillows too small and went flat when used. Was looking forward to the great coffee from last time, but both blends offered were weak. Excellent milk for our family (Darigold); husband and kids really thought it great and creamy, best brand they've had! Fruit was fresh, nice change from cereals. Ran out of cinnamon buns (must have been the skiers!) so missed out on those. Gravy was watery from condensation on cover. Eggs were great, cheese omelettes. Overall good stay, but expensive.
