Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch hatte ich ein Bett das wahrscheinlich ein Ausklappbett aus einem Wandschrank war. Die Verletztungsgefahr an dem Bettgestelle war sehr hoch. Positiv war das große Frühstückbuffett und die Servicekraft die dafür zuständig war. May 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by "With sympathy you could change so much in any IHG" For the first time my Husband (Platinum Member over 10 Years) arrived in HI Mönchengladbach and He was not so Happy at all, I asked Him or he spoke to the Managament why he isn't Happy, He said to me: " Wy should I?" "I don't go back, they need to know what is wrong!" I told him: "NO Georg, if You don't speak Up in a nice way, They can't know your situation and you don't give them a chance to change it for better" So I called in a very nice way and explained the situation to several Employees. All of them were very nice and helped me to find a solution after speaking with the Management. Georg is so Happy now, that He is coming nearly every week for several days. They even gave Him other options for Dinner. My Compliments to the Whole Staff and the very Good management indeed. Tanya and Georg May 1, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by good place but Internet didn't work this was not a good experience because the inrternet did not work. the result was that instead of using Skype for calling the US I had to use my normal mobile phone. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HI Mönchengladbach Da ich jede Woche geschäftlich in Mönchengladbach bin, ist es für mich sehr wichtig, ein Hotel zu haben, wo ich mich rundum wohl fühle... Im HolidayInn Mönchengladbach habe ich so ein Hotel gefunden... Die Lage des Hotels ist für mich erstklassig, da ich in 5 Minuten in der City bin, aber trotzdem direkt vor dem Hotel einen Park zum Entspannen habe... Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und behaglich eingerichtet...und vorallem sauber... Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit in allen Fragen... Das Gesamtniveau des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, es ist alles wichtige vorhanden (Swimmingpool, Bar, Internet,...) Fazit: ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen February 7, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Poor front desk service. Charged 50 dollars for checking in a few hours early when there were many rooms empty. Very high price for Internet service. Hotel value is not worth the cost you pay. I would recommend staying elsewhere December 17, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Central Location Excellent for town centre and shopping close to many eating and socialising establishments. Hotel very clean and staff friendly would stay there again only problem no coffee making facilities but this is common across all hotels in Germany. Holiday Inn could go the extra mile by providing these facilities. October 18, 2012
