From my experience, they always make a mistake on processing the payment with credit card. March : Duplicate Charge - Took a while to get money back. May(5/21~24) : Extra Charge(5/21- paid for 5/21~22 staying. 5/24-Charged for 5/21~24 period. Which 5/21 already paid) Case# : 36839638 I am not sure how long it takes to resolve above case. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another great stay Was there for another 2 weeks, overall another great stay, all reservations and check in and out were handled smoothly( did multple stays over the 2 weeks), need to look at going back to the previous company supplying the breakfast desserts (cookies etc). but when all you have to complain about is the cookies in the morning, it must have been another great stay thanks April 29, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It was so good to stay in this hotel I really liked this hotel. The service was really fast and good. The room was very clean and comfortable. We thought we were not going to be able to enjoy the breakfast because we had to leave so early and for our surprise, they had some stuff ready for us to enjoy. It was so good to be able to start the morning with a nice cup of coffee and some sweet bread. Loved this hotel. April 20, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel staff with poor service attitude The reservations representative could not found the corporate rate to confirm my hotel reservation. Shuttle driver said he could not pick me from the airport, as he had the instruction to take an airline crew with no guests. Priority Check in not available. Breakfast choices poor in quality and variety. Front desk people may need special training, as they always seem to have problems closing and printing the bill. Housekeeping starts working at 8, so if you have a special need from them, you will have to wait. April 10, 2013
