Overall a great place to stay.
The staff are really pleasant and curteous. Outstanding.
The room's wooden floor makes it for a clean fresh smelling environment, not the smelly carpet often encountered in other hotels.
Muffins and fruits for breakfast would be nice...
If your room is on the road side, somewhat noisy with all the trucks, but if you leave the A/C fan on it masks the noise.

After a VERY long (sixteen hour) day of travel and connections from Europe, we were grateful to have a very comfortable and relaxing overnight stay. This hotel has excellent beds, good climate control, a terrific breakfast and attentive staff, and is a good choice for anyone transiting through Montreal.

Decided to book three rooms at this location based on other reviews. Was not disappointed and added this property to my favorites. While the area is a little industrial, walking into the lobby is a nice oasis. Special appreciation to Maria the front desk staff member who checked us in and ensured our stay was perfect. Clean property.

the breafast is great, the bed is comfortable but the front desk service is not great and the airport pick up shutle is very very bad at night, on Friday April5 and Saturday April6 it took me 50 mins on Friday and 1 hour 10 mins on saturday to wait for the shuttle, it was cold, the saturday night driver was terrible, he drove so fast and stopped the bus so quick, i felt bad all night.
the front desk lady and the night driver did not care about customer, can hotel manager correct it? thank you.

This is my second time at this location and I always like the room and the big shower. My only regret is the pellow and a too soft mattress. Holiday Inn Express is my first choice of hotel and from place to place pillow and mostly mattress are soft to hard. In Montana and Edmonton the mattress is firm the way I like while in Watertown and Montreal it is a bit too soft that you end up in the middle of the bed

We chose this HIE not only because I am brand loyal, but also due to its proximity to Trudeau Airport. We also took advantage of the Stay & Park offering. Once again, the brand did not disappoint. We were warmly welcomed, assigned a beautiful room and treated very well. Staff are professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and sauna were a treat after a long day on the road. Yes, it is in an industrial area but local restaurants deliver food, beer, wine or whatever you need. All you have to do is ask. The experienced and knowledgeable shuttle driver not only delivered us to the Departures area, but also made sure we knew where to wait on return. We have a wedding in the family in Montreal later this year, and will be certain to return here. Highly recommended.

Room and bed was very good, a little disappointed that there was not a bar at this hotel, the staff were very helpful and the information provided in the room was good.
It's location is good for the airport, but currently seems to be in the middle of major road works.
