El servicio de la recepción cumple con el estándar. Las habitaciones son acogedoras, pero el baño ya es un poco anticuado y la presión del agua no es muy buena y hay varios muebles cuyas puertas no cierran bien o están rotos. El servicio de conexión inalámbrica es bueno, lo mismo que de TV. El menú del desayuno tiene su toque local, pues ofrecen tamales y todo está bien preparado, pero la variedad de la fruta es menor que en otros hoteles de la misma cadena. Lo único que fue realmente molesto fue no recibir una respuesta cuando tuve que hablar para solicitar la factura, que debió ser enviada de forma automática. La única contestación del robot (de carne y hueso y con mala capacitación) que me contestó fue que llamara al día siguiente.

Buen servicio, ninguna queja sobre el personal pero las instalaciones son viejas, especialmente feas las habitaciones. ¡Urge remodelar este hotel!

Very good beds and pillows but It was hard to get a fast internet conection.

Get the rooms in the back, there is a cute little courtyard and seating areas with antique furniture to relax at. The internet is not that good at that side of the hotel. We had some rooms at the front of the property, it is not so charming but has wifi :-)
Overall - I would definately stay there again. Clean, easy to find, friendly staff.
