The hotel and room do not come close to what I would expect based upon the price. There are no other hotels in the immediate vicinity and this one is capitalizing heavily upon that. Rooms are not ready at check in, rugs are stained, hair in bathtubs, pool towels in bathroom instead of bath towels. However, the staff are friendly and solicitous, if you can find them.
Overall, a total price gouge.

This was the first time that no mention was made of my Priority Program membership nor was there any token (discount or even a bottle of water) to thank me for using Holiday Inns when I travel.

Stayed March 30,2013 for a concert at the Oakdale Theater. From the second we arrived the staff at the hotel couldn't do enough for us. Samon at the front was just great, upgraded our room,very helpful since this was our first stay there. We will be going back again in the near future. Highly recommend this hotel. Thanks Very Much

One thing I must say is this place in like a maze and very complicated just getting to the elevator. The rooms are average as was the check in and area in general. The place seems VERY old and moderately well kept. I would recommend, only if you have no other options.

This place has some really excellent staff. On my first visit, I remember Dawn, who really tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. On my second visit, I am grateful to Shiraz for trying to make my stay as pleasant as possible. For some reason there was a misunderstanding with the free shuttle service they provide, but Shiraz offered to reimburse for the cab I took instead.

Recently stayed at the North Haven Holiday Inn and found the accommodations less than comfortable. Beds were very uncomfortable and the building itself was old and in need of an update. Training tracks right outside my window and the blinds did not block out the outside parking lot lights. Stayed with alot of other people from a wedding and needless to say that the bride and groom got stuck in the elevator for over 20 minutes. Enough said.

I was very happy with my stay at the Holiday Inn, North Haven. Harry's Sports Grill has launched a new menu and the Eggplant Margarita is outstanding. The room was cozy and very clean! Overall, my stay was great and I can't say enough about the service that was provided from Check-in to Check-Out.

I am a business traveler and I enjoyed the quiet of this hotel. The attached restaurant was not really that good which was a disappointment but I did appreciate that there was a restaurant there. Room was clean and comfortable.
