Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No Hot Water Our Stay included no hot water on Saturday or Sunday. We told the staff about it on Saturday, they said they fixed it, but we never had anything but luke warm water. Very disappointing. May 17, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Liked everything but the bathroom The bathroom counter was so small that we found ourselves juggling everything. There weren't any towel rods or hooks either. Decided that we'd come back but would request a room with a bigger bathroom. Also, felt we would probably go out to breakfast elsewhere or at least be sure we had the 2 dollar discount for both of us as we're in Priority Club. May 13, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs updating Facility shows age and room locks do not always work. Breakfast buffet was stale although fresh omelets were good. The wait staff was very pleasant. Most other Holiday Inns are much nicer April 29, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Stay Stayed here for 9 nights, started out with a two night reservation just to check it out and quickly extended it after my first night. Jo was very help (and not too shabby to look at!) at the front desk, Dwayne (the maint guy) was very friendly and helpful and Rey and the rest of the staff made me feel at home. The room was comfortable and if you have a large vehicle, the parking lot is very big, so that helps. I would definitely stay here again... hopefully Jo is working ;-) lol Thanks to all for a great stay! April 23, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad counter help ac didn't work well Staff at front counter doesn't know how to do there job. room key stopped working and the help just didn't seem to care. The food from the Restaurant was cold and unpleasant. Finally had enough and changed motels.. April 19, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A couple of troubles WHile the resturant didn;t have a few of the items that I was hoping for....and the heat in my room didn't, I have to say that the service to correct the issues was excellent. I would like to commend the Asst. manager - Jo - for her help in getting me relocated to a room that was warm and able to be slept in. She did a great job. April 14, 2013
