We decided to take our grand-daughter on a mini vacation. The room was clean and comfortable. The waterpark was our grand=daughters main interest. She had a wonderful time. She's only 4 so the zero entry pool was a complete hit. It wasn't real deep so we were able to enjoy without too much worry. We ate the evening meal at their in house restaurant. The food was good and plentiful. The staff very friendly and accomodating. It was our second time there and we'll go back.

We had a great time visiting the water park. The ages of our party ranged from 2-55, and everyone found something fun to do in the water park. The food in the restaurant was pretty good, although probably a bit overpriced. Kids ate for free which helped.
The only thing I wish the hotel had were adjoining rooms. It would have helped the adults relax more at times with our busy toddlers and the number of people we had. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and made this stay worth it. I would go back.

the room was very nice and the bed very comfortable the sink and bathtub were not draining which was pretty gross with two people sharing but it was my daughter so we coped. we reported at check out and the front desk clerk said she would report it the main problem was housekeeping, they tried to get in to our room at 8 am and again at 830 ish......that really bothered me, if the latch bar had not been on they would have burst right in. after alll check out IS 11:00 am so it is up to the staff to communicate with front desk if guest are gone not just burst in to their room !!!!! that was a big goof!! we ate in hotel pub and found the food good. the service was not geat...seemed staff was doing more than just bartending :) we will probably stay again but it will be the last time if we have these type things happen again. Having been in management in my work career i believe everyone deserves a second chance but their is NO excuse for noncompliance with staff....they are what sells the stay

WE did have the waterpark pretty much to oursevles which was nice. I think the room was overpriced. THe staff was not super friendly and at dinner we waited forever for everything because I feel they were understaffed at that time. WE felt like more of a bother when we needed something or had a question. Oh and the tub in our room super slippery. THe water park was fun for the kids and the food was good when we did get it.

This hotel is okay at best. The hallways and elvators have that dirty old carpet odor. The rooms are okay. Seemed to be quiet. The typical Holiday Inn breakfast is poor and over priced. I've stayed at three Holiday Inns in the past month because there was no Holiday Inn Express. All three places have the same menu and poor food quality. Most recently I ordered granola and berry yogurt parfait. It came with no granola so I asked why and was told they were out. Maybe they could have told me this when I ordered. I tried eating it but the blueberries were horrendous. I also ordered a cinnamon role. That too was aweful, obviously microwaved. Overall, if you want a decent breakfast that is not overpriced go somewhere else. I'll try and find a different hotel than Holiday Inn from now on.

We had family recommend that we bring our daughter to the water park for her Birthday. We live out of state and so we booked a room and stayed for the weekend. Both of our Girls had a really fun time at the water park and have already asked to go back next year. We were delighted with the rooms and happy that they were very roomy and clean. We will definitely be staying again some time!

I had a great experience at this hotel. Since it was my first travel experience with my new company I didn't have a lot to compare it to. Since staying at this hotel I have had numerous experiences and I must say this one was the best so far! Keep up the good work!
