Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service Last week when I arrived at the Hotel they where out of carts and the staff looked on every floor but was unable to find any. I told them I appreciated them taking the time to look but I would be ok, however that was not good enough for them. Mat at the front desk decided he would help me bring my things in to the room. Overall I was pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of the room and common areas. I was a local just having a one night getaway, and was very pleased. I work on the beach at a full service plaza resort and was still impressed with this smaller hotel. They've done a great job! April 9, 2013

The Holiday Inn Select is by far the best place I stay and the main reason is the people that work there. The people working here really care about you and take care of you, this is one of very few places I stay, that the people care. The crew here is outstanding from housekeeping to the front office. I have been staying here for about 3 years and spend more time here than I do at home. I spent 3 to 4 nights every other week and for the last 4 months I have been here every week. I have not stayed anywhere else in Panama City since the 1st night I stayed here because of the way your staff treats me. March 19, 2013
