We stay at this Holiday Inn every year for our family reunion and have always been very pleased with them. The staff is always so friendly and go out of their way to help up with anything we need. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. We have recommended this hotel to all of our family and they have been very pleased. In fact we are going on our vacation in 2 weeks and I looked for Holiday Inns where we will be stopping on the way and once we get there because of the confidance I feel in this Hotel.
Thank you Paragould Holiday Inn for such great service and an enjoyable place to stay.

They have some of the MOST Comfortable bedding I've ever slept on while on the road. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Extra clean property. We will be booking here again!!

The one night I was there was very enjoyable. The meeting room was great for our water licensing exams. Extremely helpful staff.
Good WiFi connection. Breakfast was perfect to start the day.
Nice new TV. Most of all, the bathroom was spotless!!!

I stayed at this location for 2 nights. After the first night I asked the front desk rep if I can have a late check out and she first said 2pm, then she changed it to 1pm then she changed it again to 12pm. I told her that I am a Platinum Ambassador member, so why am I being asked to check out at 12 noon when I am requesting a late check out. She said that the room crew don't work that late. So, I ended up buying/staying another night because my daughter was in the hospital and I needed to be there at least until 2pm. I have stayed in many Holiday Inns around the USA and this one is not a place with much wiggle room for Priority Club Customer.

I wound up on a business trip to Paragould on short notice and didn't check in until 9:45 pm. The staff could not have been more helpful making sure my rooms were reserved, that they held them for me even though the hotel was full. When I finally arrived there after a 17 hour workday, everything was perfect. I couldn't stress enough how helpful the staff was.

The Holiday Inn Express in Paragould, Arkansas is very comfortable, clean, well cared for and a place you can truly relax. The staff goes above and beyond what is expected of motel staff and they are always happy to assist you. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had. When in NE Arkansas this is the only motel I would ever consider.
