The minute we step in this hotel we got this " WOW " factor !!!!....
The reception checked us in pretty fast and got upgraded to the highest club floor even though the computer system was down on that particular day.
The room was fantastic especially the sea and city view at the balcony, the open air pool was our favourite site where we sun bath the whole morning after breakfast .
The vicinity around the hotel is perfect for everything you need .

From last 1 year I have being trying to stay at this hotel because I am big fan of Holiday inn Group, Till now I have almost visited 10-12 proprieties of Holiday inn in & outside India My stay was very good My family enjoyed a lot .

Hospitality was very good they tried & helped us to get early check in & allowed our children to enjoy at swimming pool
Rooms
well designed, excellent look includes all the facilities
Room service
was very good when ever we asked for extra tea & sugar pouches it was delivered within no time
Food was not up-to mark because we did not find any vegetarian food, so request you for veg dishes in future
Spa Service was excellent
Overall it was great experience & stay for my family

Very courteous staff, good choice at breakfast, away from the "sleazy part" of pattaya.
I would not return to Pattaya due to the sleazy parts of the city being so invasive.
If you want go go bars then pattaya is where you should head for.
If you want to relax and see the true beauty of a Thai beach, then try Koh Samui or for tranquility heand for Hua Hin.
The hotel was though very good and it rather unfair of me to place any negatives, as it was my mistake to travel to Pattaya

Good value for money! Despite Holiday Inn is not the premier brand within the overall hotel group, the one I stayed over (Holiday Inn Pattaya) deserved to be ranked at 5 starred! The staff, the facilities would definitely give you a 'like home' feeling during and even after your stay.

Great new hotel, the bar is just the best drinking spot in the world, not exagerating. The food is good, the pools are great, the spot on the main Pattaya beach perfect - all in all, a good hotel.

The hotel give me a comfortable experience. Overall experience is excellent. The staff and other services is very good. Especially, Front desk staff are very polite and helpful. In my room is very nice with the viewpoint the whole Pattaya beach enjoying the time in the bath tub. Beds is comfortable and I likes Havana, It's delicious.
Next time, I will hope comeback Holiday Inn Pattaya.

My nephew (3 years old) enjoy the children swimming pool very much! We stayed here 2 nights, we went to the pool immediately in that afternoon that we arrived Pattaya and checked in the Hotel. Then every mornings we finished the breakfast, we went to swim! My parents also enjoyed the infinity pool very much with the great view! Our family has got a great vacation holiday in the Hotel!
