Very flexible to our requests for a 6 year old's birthday dinner in a "real restaurant where you have your meal served".
He was very exited and took his Nana to dinner.
Car parking service excellent, even for one night with two cars.
Standard of food and service excellent.

thank you all at the crown plaza perth for a most enjoyable week end we had a beautiful balcony room overlooking swan river lovely fresh air comfortable bed lovely welcome on arrival quick and efficient check in very friendly conciarge milton;bobby. we had room service which was very enjoyable ;we dined in the gusti resterant for lunch [very nice service ] also for dinner teresa gave us great service as all the wait staff did made us very welcome had cocktail after dinner very efficient bar girl great at making cocktails ; breakfast was just beautiful so much to chose from thank you to the main man at breakfast and luch most enjoyable person and finally room service breakfast on time and enjoyable we are with priority club which is great because we will keep coming back thank you

I turned up to this hotel with 3 young children in tow. I was met at the front doors with a smile and a warm welcome. Even after he saw the kids. Next was the reception desk. The girls behind it gave a warm and cheerful welcome. Very pleasant to talk to. I only stayed for 2 nights, but all the staff that we met, treat us all very well.

We stayed at Crowne Plaza for 3 nights from the 30th May - 2nd June.
We are Priority Privillage Memebers, and chose to stay at the Crowne because it apeared to be the nicer hotel offered in Perth out of the two with the memebership. The hotel is clean but in need of desperate need of a refurb, and was well positioned for the Circus which was the main reason for our visit. The hotel is pretty much 2kms from all the action of Perth City. It is a nice walk along Adelaide Terrace, or else there are always taxis nearby and it costs about $7 to get into the CBD. We stayed in a River Suite Room with a balcony. We enjoyed a few sunny afternoon drinks looking into the grounds of the circus. There is a BWS just around the corner off Adelaide Terrace - buy your drinks from there HEAPS cheaper.
The staff were great, valet parking is reasonable $29 per day, we had an awesome lunch at Friends a fine dining restraunt next door. Room service was really average, and expensive.
Overall, really happy with our visit to Crowne and stay again. However, it is only value for money if you have the Priority Privillage Card!

We enjoyed our stay and the service was great and friendly. The hotel was close to our venue just a hop, skip and a jump away. The room was very good with a great view but the parking was poor and the quantity of food was also poor, this could be improved. Recommended yes.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel within a month and each time found the it excellent on each occasion.
The only slight problem was that on the second visit they wanted to keep $100 as a deposit from our debit card......$50 for each night. This didn`t happen on the first visit and we were unprepared. It may be better to warn people about this before they arrive or put it on the booking form. I know this is policy in most Hotels but it takes approx 1 week to have this money refunded which isn`t always convenient.
The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful and we will definitely
stay at this Hotel in the future

Unfortunately I only had one night in Perth but was upgraded to Spa Room due to Platinum membership.
Staff were excellent at reception. Check in was quick and we were in our room in a few minutes.
Rooms are a bit dated but very comfortable. Would stay there again when I visit Perth, hopefully longer next time.

It was so frustrating when you find in your statement that your stay of 28 nights was Non-Qualifying. I'll never stay in this hotel for upcoming stays of my future travel of several months in Perth.
