Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Priority Club Complications Hotel always does a great job. I do have a problem with the Priority Club and managing my points. Not user friendly, and even with hotel property assist we don't know if we accomplished the desired result. This requires a follow up call from me to the 888 number to try and confirm or fix again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Everything I expected and more I've stayed here twice now and had great experiences both times. Rooms are nice, good size and nicely appointed. I got upgraded both times due to my Platinum status, once to the boardroom suite adjoining the pool! Nice workout facility available 24h, fast internet, and a very friendly staff. Location is right off the highway but still very quiet, connected to Thunder Bay which is great for dinner and/or drinks. Plenty of free parking and easy to get in/out. April 15, 2013
