Room was hot upon arrival and did not smell fresh. Once room was cool still did not have a fresh smell. After being at facility started to notice many areas that appeared not very clean. This motel was fairly new and question the quality of it cleaning products that would clean properly to keep a fresh smell. Overall would not stay at this property again.

The entire staff (Housekeeping and Front Desk) always greeted you with a smile regardless of the time of day. Breakfast was plentiful and the young lady who monitored the items, kept it that way.

Front desk personnel does a good job recognizing repeat guests. Any issues or problems are handled expediously. Your night auditor, Kelly, is very personable and does a great job having a limited breakfast available for those of us that need to depart the hotel at an early hour.

Saw 5 seafood restaurants advertised on one site, found out after we got there they were all closed on Monday .... front desk said Fatty's up the road was open, we went and it was "closed on Memorial Day" (day we were travelling) ... settled for fish filet sandwiches from McDonald's ... anyway, from the looks of the restaurants, we maybe didn't miss much ... also, don't look for wine in Picayune any day of the week ... didn't realize Picayune was so small and not much available ... HIX itself was nice, staff friendly, enjoyed good night's rest, which is finally what we were there for ... next time though we'll stop in Hattiesburg, nicer HIX and more to eat and do ...

Everyone at this Hotel all front desk staff and breakfast are very nice.Housekeeping is great they give good service. The manager at the Hotel is awesome!!! We all feel like home here. Thanks for having us~~!!

Was told that I would receive 1000 points for the problems that I had. Have Not seen it.
1 breakfast was at 6:30 when there info in the room was 6:00
2 Housekeep barging in when I wasn’t dressed
3 pest control when I was trying to relax.
