Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place overall The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were comfortable and the breakfast options were quite good. The only "complaint" I have is that several trains passed by the building in the night, all blowing their horns for extended periods of time. I know the hotel has no control over that, but the proximity to the railroad tracks and the frequency of the trains made it difficult to sleep. Be sure to bring earplugs and a white noise machine! Need to go back down to Pikeville Ky again and will most definately stay here again. April 17, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel. I almost did not stay here due to a recent experience at Holiday Inn Vanderbilt, Nashville, TN......but I'm so glad I did. I found the staff to be more than accomdating, friendly, and happliy attending to every detail. The rooms were clean and furnished well. The beds were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area. February 17, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by A second thought A very expensive location with Budget hotel results The bathroom sink was clogged and took forever to drain There was a blood stained pillow case The bed was comfortable, but couldnt sleep well as i was concerned about the cleanliness The manager in the morning appologized and mentioned they got rid of their laundry staff and gave me a refund I may givee them a second chance in a few months once they get act together the price is a five star hotel price for a three star hotel January 13, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic customer service We absolutely loved our stay at this location! The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The room was very nice and comfortable. The warm cookies,snacks and bottled water in the room, really set this place apart from others. Delicious breakfast bar! The only disappointment is that it would have been nice to have a DVD player in the room and a whirlpool / sauna by the pool, but this is a small market location. I wish we were back there again now.
