Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Problem with room next to pool I was in room 120 right next to the pool. I travel on business and while the Holiday Inn is always one of my top choices, this room was not. Everytime someone would jump into the pool there would be a thudding sound on the wall in my room. When I mentioned this to the desk clerk the next day he said no one had ever complained about that before, which I find hard to believe. My suggestion would be to only give that room to people who use the pool because then working people like myself would not be inconvenienced by the noise (until 11 pm when the pool closes) . I get up early when I am working and try to go to sleep my 9 p.m. I will be sure to mention in future reservations made online or on the phone not to put me in room 120. The week before I was put in room 109 and that was fine. The rooms themselves are very comfortable. April 1, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place for Pinetop We've stayed at this hotel 3 times for skiing over the past year, and each time it has been very pleasant. The rooms area always clean and the staff - from the front desk to housekeeping - are always friendly and wanting to help. We receive a nice call from the front desk about 30 minutes after checking into our room to make sure things are OK. We plan on staying here again soon for skiing, and would definitely recommend to others wanting a convenient, friendly and clean hotel in Pinetop. January 9, 2013
