Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First visit I have never been disappointed with any Holiday Inn Express location. This was my first time at this location and it won't be my last. My room was a suite and it was perfectly located near the elevators. With advance notice the staff was able to have rooms available for me and my team for early check in. Because we were able to check in early. What would have turned out to be a 3 day trip only turned out to be a overnight stay. With our spacious rooms we were able to get a lot of work done in a relaxed and comfortable environment. The only con to my stay was no program guide for the tv. Providing a channel guide helps but if you don't know what movie you're watching or what's coming on next, what's the point. All the major cable & satellite companies provide a channel and program guide. You should think about adding it to your service plan. March 2, 2013

The Mexican restaurant next door has gone downhill in my opinion, but the HIExp. staff still recommend it, so that would be my only recommendation is to take a second look at that place before recommending it to guests. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable room & awesome shower If you judge a hotel by its shower, and you are over average height, this hotel is for you :) these showers were really nice and I would say anyone shorter than an NBA player could appreciate their height. Also, the counters, bench, etc. was higher than at your average Holiday Inn. [I was on the top floor, though] The room was nice, had a little breakfast nook-type area (small counter, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot). Overall, a pleasant experience. February 20, 2013
