Being totally dairy intolerant I found it very difficult to eat. The eggs had cheese on it and well there just wasn't much alternative. I ate the very over ripe bananas and a hard boiled egg.

This hotel is everything you want in a Holiday Inn Express. The pool is on the small side, but other than that it has everything going for it.
I have stayed at this property 4 times and I am always amazed that I would need to pay at least $20 more to stay at the hotels I can walk too closer to I-5 with the traffic noise and signs that shine light into your window all night.
This property is a little farther down the road. But it is worth driving an extra 1/2 mile.

Some of the hotels close to the center charged $10 + for parking, but at the Portland Jantzen Beach Holiday Inn it was free. Very nice location, close to shops and in safe area.
The only complaint was that reception worker didn't give us water, which usually I receive since I am a platinum member.

This hotel is a little out of the way but it's very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The staff were very pleasant and the morning breakfasts were better than many we've had. Don't miss the warm cookies at the front desk in the evenings. The rooms were very clean and best of all the beds were super comfortable.

Comfortable, close to Max Yellow Line (Light rail). Quiet location and away from traffic.

The few times we have stayed here it seems like we were the only people in the hotel. I think it is because of the location. i can't complain our stay here was fine.

Enjoyed a restfull night in a clean, comfortable room. Great staff and service. Will definitely stay again as close to freeway and airport but you dont know they are there. Also good shopping right next door.

The front desk staff was great. they were helpful and caring. The rooms were comfortable and roomy. Amenities were very good. Having a fridge and microwave made the room much more like home.
