I broke down in this area and had an unplanned extra day visit.
The staff was very helpful. Margaret and Gennifer went beyond expectation to help me find my way. Everyone in the whole town seemed friendly. Great job!

This was maybe our third or forth time at your HIE ad we're always comfortable and we always feel welcome. The ladies at the front desk when we checked in were incredible. Thanks for having them.

staff very helpful with every step from late check ins thru stay and until final CHECK OUT. HAVE STAYED IN THIS LOCATION MANY TIMES IN PAST AND WILL USE IN FUTURE

When I arrived I was given a handicap accessible room that had a different bathroom set up. When I was given the option of 2 queens or a king when booking, I was not told that I was choosing between bathroom and room types. Due to my surprise and desire to take a bath, this was problematic. Fortunately, the woman at the desk quickly changed my room to one with a standard bathroom (but with the smaller beds).
I would have liked to know in advance if I were being given a room with a different bathroom or general set up.
I am happy to see that the hotels have nice wheelchair accessible rooms and bathrooms.
The internet did not work in my room due to the "DNS server not responding". I was traveling for work and this was a bit of a disruption.

I have felt welcome at all your locations from the time I enter and approach the front desk. All check-ins have been pleasent and efficient. The rooms have all services that could be desired away from home. I feel breakfast choices are perfect for adults and children. Thank you for another enjoyable experience.

OK place to stay there are better hotels in the area. I have stayed here numerous times but it seems to be slipping a bit for the price. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired with regards to quality. Good selection but eggs/omelets were well overdone, juice machines needed attention. Time to look elsewhere in Princeton of this Platinum member.
