The A/C never worked properly. We arrived late night from a party a decided to open the balcony doors to get cool air rather than reporting the A/C problem. In any case it was just one night.

One of my favourite hotels in Mexico. From the moment you walk through the doors you know you're in for a treat! Oozing elegance, the public areas are grand and the suites are beautifully appointed.
The level of professionalism and service of the staff is exceptional. Old world charm at its very best.

I normally stay at the Club level rooms where breakfast and evening services are quite good. The Spa is quite nice and good service as well. Generally speaking, everything is good except for the Gym. IT is in bad condition, the trend mills do to work well and the weight equipment is broken. I have informed about this directly to the personnel in the hotel and written down my comments as well. It's a shame that this level of hotel do not pay attention and follow up. Thank you.
