Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Too much noise In general our experience with the Crown Plaza Brand is OK, although Holiday Inn es in general better. However, we had bad luck this time. The room besides ours had very bad guests; the first night they started to celebrate a party at 4:00 a.m with music very loud and we complained with Reception. But the noise did not stop until 7:00 a.m, and my daughter could not sleep well. The following day the story repeated at 5:00 a.m. I think that the staff that assigns rooms should be aware that it is a very bad policy not to control adequately this assignment or at least to be aware about difficult people. It is a pity because the hotel has very efficient workers. February 15, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stayed in a Smoking Room Besides my reservation profile and also a written observation in my reservation request , the hotel ignored and place me in a moking room. I stayed 6 nights requesting to change to a non smoking room w/o being heard. If my reservation request was denied at the time I made it due to my profile I could change to Holliday Inn in time, before te hotel is full.. February 14, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay First time in Mexico. I came for business and it was a pleasure to stay at this Crowne Plaza for four nights. Great food in the restaurant, great service both there and in the lounge off to the side. Fernando was a great host to our evenings too. If I come back to Queretaro, I will definately come back here!
