Nice newer property. However, the shuttle service to the airport does not start early enough to catch early flights out of the Reno Airport. The food options close to the hotel are a bit lacking as well. The rooms are quite nice, however and have all the things you need to enjoy your stay.

It was nice to meet Caesar at the front desk. He was friendly and professional. He made the check in quick and effortless. (More often than not, front desk people are unfriendly, zero conversation, and does not care about what the customer wants.)
The room was nice and clean. The only negative was the shower had some black stuff in the grout, at the bottom, along the floor. Kind of distracting. We left for the airport at 5:30am, so missed your breakfast.
All in all, it is a very nice Hotel. I will give you some good marks in Trip advisor. Other people need to know about your facilities.

A nice hotel with a great location. The area is quiet and everything in the area is easy to access. The breakfast selection is middle to lower quality, typical of Hi Express.

Very comfortable. Our room and the common areas were sparkling clean. The staff was very accommodating.
If we are in the area again, for sure, we would stay at this hotel.

Staff not rated 5 stars because it seeemed like we put them out asking for the automatic upgrade that platinum members are supposed to have. Don't get me wrong, we didn't demand it, just asked if it was available. Ended up in a room on the 1st floor and there were cathedral ceilings which was very unique. The decor in this hotel was beautiful. Was a little surprised that side entrance doors were not secured and anyone could enter. But overall and in typical HIE fashion the room was very comfortable and clean.

In spite of being next to the airport, it was quiet. However, the location is not inviting or easy to find, We had to get into the car to find something to eat. The only thing close was fast food which was not what we were looking for.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Reno. We went for two nights, left for two in Tahoe and came back for two before we went home. The place was beautiful and very well kept. It is a safe and secure hotel and very quiet. It is about 5 minutes from Reno/Tahoe airport which we really liked because we got in very late. The hotel is about 10 minutes from downtown Reno, 10 minutes from U Nevada-Reno, and 15 from Legends Shopping Mall. To Tahoe it's about 70 minutes. The staff was excellent and very welcoming. We asked several questions as this was our first Reno visit and they were kind and considerate to us as visitors. A+ to this hotel. When we return to Reno (and we will), we will stay there again!
