Would like to start off by saying it would be a good idea to train your front desk staff to get an idea about directions and locations of some of the area restaurants.... With that said we were very happy with our suite, it was very quiet and comfortable .I just have to say that your breakfast staff was TOP NOTCH!!!!!!!!!! Food was good and service even better!!!!! Kudos to them...

If you are on business (or a family) in the area, this is a nice place to stay - plenty around it to do, shopping & many restaurants are very nearby (most walking distance).
A good mid-level hotel - suites are nice for families or those with business to take care of. On the Holiday Inn line, I'd rate it an 8. You can see the 'old trappings' of the layout but it has been nicely updated #thanks IHG#. Very close to the airport #< 6 miles# - service is great.
Full breakfast in the morning, dinner #with soup & salad# evenings #M-F# - well worth the stay. Been here two weeks and here for another 4.

The only con is no fan in the bathroom, other than that, the breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable, and I also enjoyed the indoor pool. I was given a priority club bag at check-in and the breakfast staff and very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great stay! If I ever get back to Rochester, I will definitely stay again.

We come to Rochester every year and usually stay at a hotel down from the Holiday Inn. This year we decided to stay with you and are very glad we did.
On or 1st morning we went down for the complimentary breakfast and met Lisa. Upon entering she was very accommodating and welcoming. Through our breakfast she was very cheerful to all that entered. She was there whenever we needed a refill of coffee, an extra napkin, whatever. Sometimes I think she knew what we needed before we knew we needed it.She had everyone who entered the restaurant in good cheer and spirit.
Please keep this lady she MAKES your hotel. She is very welcoming and we will definitely be back to stay and have breakfast again. The food was great but Lisa MADE it an experience. A great experience.

With the Hotel full and massive amount of soccer players running through the hallways it was a fantastic time for the kids and always was fully quiet before 10:30pm The best of both worlds.

The size of the room was a nice surprise. Having the indication of what the firmness of the pillows was a nice touch.
We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the staff were very friendly.
Will stay again.

Great staff - from the front desk to Lisa and Luis at breakfast and the dinner buffet staff at night. We would go up for college events for my daughter and this is the only hotel to serve you a personal omelet and my favorite waffle. We would always reserve the king suite for the extra room and pillows.

We checked in a little after 1am and the we were greeted so well by Ron at the front desk. We have stayed at several Holiday Inns so we were excited for our lay over stay. We have 2 young kids. After checking in we walked to our room and noticed blood on the floor until we got to the carpeted area. After settling the kids and bringing up our luggage the time was now 2am. At 3:15 am we were woken up by the fire alarm. It was so loud! We checked it out and discovered that there was no fire so we went back to our room. We found out that there were people smoking close to the fire detector and that's what set it off. In the morning, we asked if we could get some sort of discount seeing as it wasn't our fault for setting the alarm off and we were told no. A voucher of some sort would've been nice since we all slept so poorly. The food was good and so was the service of the server/waitress.
