Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good except breakfast area The breakfast area was extremely cramped and poorly laid out. There were a couple of large groups who had the large dining halls reserved for themselves. The resf were in a tiny breakfast area with a giant round table in the middle and a few other tables. Hard to get around, especially carrying food plates. Food choices were decent but limited. June 15, 2013

Unfortunately, breakfast was not up to what I usually expect at an HI Express at all. The 2nd morning they apparently didn't bother to heat the biscuits. June 9, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay but service after my stay has soured the overall experience Very nice hotel (I am a platinum priority member so stay at Holiday Inn Express's quite a bit), this hotel lived up to my expectations during my stay. The usual great beds, friendly staff, clean rooms etc. My fault and the first time I have done this - I left quite a bit of clothes in the closet. I phoned the hotel as soon as I returned home and was told they had my clothes and would be returning them to me as soon as I faxed a form giving charge card information and permission which I did right away (at least after the 2 calls it took to have the form actually sent to me). Since then I have called twice, have been made promises such as having the head of housekeeping phone me to straighten out whatever issue there is, but all to no avail. Over two months later I still don't have my clothes. Part of service is the service you provide to a customer after they leave, that makes them want to return. My next meeting at your location, I will be looking at the competitor across the street for a room. May 21, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice staff and good location We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, although bath room a little small. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast selections were good and staff there was also very helpful.. My only suggestion is a toaster that actually gets hot enough to toast your bread. Metro station and restaurants are close to hotel. May 19, 2013

Recommended a nice diner you could walk to and sorted out the reservation confusion we had with with our rewards agent on the phone. I cannot say enough how helpful, and fun, they were to us. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Please be aware. I was a crime victime at this hotel's parking garage. My car was broken into while parked in the garage. This hotels' outdoor parking was for retail customers, not holiday inn customers.They charged high parking fee. I did not know that parking at this hotel was not free until I was at check in because they did not disclose it upfront at reservation. The police officer whom I filed the complaint report to told me that this parking garage had been a well known place of incidents like mine. They even had an undercover officer one time because of the frequent incident at the place. This hotel's customer care after the incident has been very disappointing. Their indifference to guest's loss and issues would be a gross understatement. Please avoid this hotel from your stay and stay safe. May 13, 2013
