I've stayed at this HIE many times and know some of the staff by name, and enjoy talking with them. It had been awhile since I stayed there, but the staff remembered me and were genuinely glad to see me. I give it an excellent rating.

My friend & I checked in 6/24/13 on our way to OK. Carlyn greeted us with a big warm smile. We chatted for a few minutes then went to our room. We checked in again on 5/1/13 on our way home. Carlyn was there again to greet us. She remembered us and asked about our trip. Thought you'd like to know what a fine employee you have. The people behind the desk who checked us out both times were also very nice & friendly.

The clerk serving the front desk at check-in time was incredibly friendly and service minded. She went above and beyond the call of duty in serving me.

Made a last minute reservation by phone and pulled in late at night to clean and comfortable rooms. It is nice to be able to count on Holiday Inn Express to have the same excellent rooms and service at all their hotels.

I have stayed at this property several times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is hot and better than most.
Room is clean with good TV. Only minor criticism I have is the towels are ready to be replaced with frayed edges and stains.

Staff was very helpful -- clean, quiet night's rest -- internet worked great. Highly recommend this location. Military friendly.

I stay at this hotel frequently for work because of it's location. This last visit there were no cinnamon rolls for breakfast. I asked the lady stocking the breakfast area and she said the delivery truck hadn't arrived. Not acceptable - I was looking forward to the rolls.... I may consider another hotel next time.

I checked in late and the desk clerk was very nice. My room was beautiful and the bed was really comfortable. There was a good variety of food on the breakfast buffet and it was all fresh.
Thanks! I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again on my way back to Dallas.
