The Hotel, rooms and kitchen area were clean. Except for the lady who checked us out, the others were just OK. Not overly friendly or helpful, yet not rude. They never acknowledged my priority club membership. Breakfast was average. Everything was about average, except the price. I thought that was a little high for the area. I would probably choose a different hotel next time.

We thought that this Holiday Inn was probably the best one we stayed at during our cross country trip. Very clean, quite, and safe.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was very good with an Applebee's next door. It was convenient to banks, stores, and gas stations. Alien décor was fun.

The staff at this property is amazing. Every employee we met smiled and was helpful. The room was large, very clean and comfortable.

The stay was comfortable and the room clean.
One of my pet peeves, though, is when front desk personnel interrupt a face-to-face conversation to take a phone call and then proceed through an entire reservation with that person.
It seems as though phone customers have priority in most businesses today. This is a disgrace to customer service.
It would be better to place the phone customer on hold and to wait their turn.
Some type of phone protocol should be developed to mitigate the discourteous practice of honoring phone customers over face-to-face customers.

Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel itself, while it seems to have been updated of late, is not up to the quality that I would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Especially when paying at the hight end of the scale for what one normally spends at a Holiday Inn Express.

Stayed here for an extended period of time and was very pleased with the hotel setup and the staff. The breakfast here is complimentary and has a lot of choices.

Spent two nights here. The location must have been a former brand at one time, but the room was clean and comfortable. The beds were not excellent, simply average, as compared with most Holiday Inn Express locations. There was a loose, dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain, but other than that the room was fine.
Upon arrival, I had a hard time making eye-contact with the receptionist as she was taking a legitimate guest call, but no acknowledgement that I existed until she hung up. We were acknowledged as Priority Club members, although we did not receive any complimentary goodies. Breakfast was most acceptable and excellent, though. Although our interaction was minimal, the staff was generally neutral towards you. We didn't have the time to take advantage of the pool or other facilities.
