Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The cleanest rooms and softest beds for the price I had the pleasure of staying at a Holiday Inn Express 4 years ago while away on business and I'm still impressed at the comfort, cleanliness and great staff today. The breakfast is pretty awesome as well with enough choices to satisfy any appetite. My stay this time was for 3 days and I enjoyed them all. Looking forward to my next stay! May 17, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel - Nice Stay Nice hotel. Stayed for just one night during Spring Break while visiting family in San Antonio. Room was great and easily accomodated family of four. We had a room with one King size bed and a sofa bed. Great price for the room. Lots of restaurants in the area and there is also a Target close by. Kids enjoyed the pancakes for breakfast. Nice stay. I would recommend this hotel to others. March 25, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Broken Promises The front desk staff tell guests they can have late check-outs but end up calling you at 11:30am to tell you that you need to be get out by noon. I talked to the hotels GM and was offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience and I told Versha that wasn't good enough. Versha then asked me if I wanted a free night in a sarcastic tone and I said yes and Versha laughed and said that wasn't going to happen. I think this hotels management needs to go back to Management 101 and Customer Service 101. Don't lie to your guests and wake them up with a rude awakening phone call to get out of the hotel. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Family room We enjoyed the space in the family room. There was a sleeper sofa and full sized refrigerator. The room and staff were nice. The location was a bit out of town. The one negative thing was the pool. It was close to the interstate and very small. March 23, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice rooms not so great service This is the second time staying at this Holiday Inn Express and I have to say I was not very happy with the stay. From the time of check in the front desk staff was not helpful at all. They were a bit rude and seemed very annoyed when a question was asked, I just felt like a welcome was not given. On my last night of staying I was wanting to stay another night so as the front desk if that was possible. I understand that they were booked for the next night but the answer I was given was again very rude and was quickly told No I would think that they could have been a lot more helpful then what they were. I ended up getting another room some where else and upon arrival was greeted very nicely and was told all the ammenities the place had to offer. I don't think I will be returning to this Holiday Inn Express in the future. I will say in regards to the rooms they are very nice and the cleanliness is on key. Thank you for that. March 21, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not so great service When I called to make reservations was told a different price when I checked in . The room was very musky smelling like it hadn't been cleaned. After coming from our outing after midnight there was no where to park, therefore had to park in the culdesac which is outside of the hotel with no lighting. The tub did not drain therefore causing the water to come just above the ankles when you take a shower. The pool and the hot tub was not clean. Last but not least, when I checked in I requested late check-out which was to be 2:00 p.m. and when it come for that day to check out Rebecca called me @11:30 A.M. to remind me that check-out time was at 11:00 A.M.,and I told her that I was aware of that and that I had requested a late check-out at check-in. She treated me like I was not telling her the truth. March 17, 2013
