As an Intercontinental ambassador, I was looking forward to an enjoyable 4-night holiday with my girl friend for her birthday with friends at this sunshine resort. Looked at the pictures, I booked an intercontinental suite for myself and my girlfriend, plus an extra room for my friends.
The whole booking on the internet was already confusing enough, jumping from one language to another was one of the worst encounters. There was no transportation information on the confirmation email, and when I asked, I was finally given the answer that the hotel shuttle booking service was not guaranteed and needed to be booked before 6pm the previous day. Well, I then took out a chauffeur driven S350 and the driver was really courteous. However, when we arrived at the hotel club reception entrance, there was no staff, and we had to take away some signs that blocked the road to the entrance. Knowing we were coming, the room's air conditioning was not turned on so the whole room was too warm. Flies were every where with no electronic repellent in the room. The conditions of the suite fell far below what one would expect from the pictures on the website.
My friends arrived later the same night, so I sent another hotel S350 to pick them up, and then the confusion started. The night staff were very rude, waking us up in the middle of the night twice for nonsense.
There are numerous holes on the curtains which does not fall all the way to the ground, so I got waken up by the bright light early in the morning.
Breakfast arrangement was a tragedy, so we decided to go out for brunch instead.
The assistant managers in the morning shift knew what customer satisfaction meant, but too much damages had already been done to ruin my holiday, so we decided to move to another 5-star hotel after the 2 nights minimum stay.
Lucky enough, the other hotel turned out to be exactly what one would expect from an international five stars hotel.
I am a diamond member at another hotel group which I stay most of the time, unfortunately they don't have a hotel in Sanya, else I would have avoided the unpleasant experience.

I had a 4 days stay with my families, and really enjoy the great view and comfortable room.
Of course your service is also fantastic.
I will come back next year.

It is good as a 5-star hotel, but not good enough as an well-known IC and resort. As the beach and the lots of leisure place are shared with local residents, the hotel area looks much crowdly than any other resort spa in sanya.
At least, one thousand island IC is much better.

I really feel suprised by the hotel view, including the nice view from bacony.
I really love the beer factory and restaurant.
i love everything there, but if the beach will be better, the memory will be much better.
it worth 5 stars.^^

设施不错，早餐丰盛，景色怡人,离三亚市较近，去免税店很近，不知三亚其他地方是否还有洲际，比如海棠湾，万宁，有的话下次再选择，不错体验。

We stayed for 4 nights in a Water Garden View Room which was very close to the pools, beach bar and of course the beach. Interior and exterior architecture (including gardening) were absolutely stunning and made no matter where you look a pleasure for the eyes. Functionality of the room was also great with exception of the shower design which had the floor wet most of the time.
We tried the Mediteraneo restuarant for lunches and I recommend the tandori salmon as my personal favorite. The beach bar is a great place to hang out during the day (shade) and in the evening. Our kid loved the pools just as much as the ocean and beach which is nice but not as good as other public beaches with respect to sand coarseness and swimming. In particular the coral pieces close the the shore are a downside to the pure sand when walking into the water.
If you intend to travel in Sanya you better figure out a transportation arrangement since the hourly shuttle to the city is not very convenient and you will not find a taxi to pick you up at the hotel.
Overall we strongly recommend this resort to Families with Children as well as couples looking for relaxation.

环境很幽静! 给人感觉很浪漫。服务素质挺高! 可惜海滩的视角不够宽广。而且海滩的礁石比较多。酒店里面的亚洲风味饭店味道实在一般。其他都很令人满意!

Surprised welcoming in the club for my anniversary. Club staff are very professional and friendly, but housekeeping is not quite efficent.
The club room is very comfortable with large balcony and outside rainshower.
My wife ad I am very sure I will go there for my next holiday, along with my mother-in -law.
