The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of various fresh fruit!
Personnel very friendly. Managed perfectly change of room.

Just some feedback on the facilities. Staff seemed very pleasant. Our room was not so nice but adequate. Our friends had a much nicer newer room in the tower. Had we been told there were newer rooms we might have chosen to stay in them; however, the individual who book our stay on the phone was in the Philippines and probably wasn't aware of the hotel particulars. This is one of the problems with out sourcing a call center so far away, unless you can perhaps make sure they are aware of all these details.
We had a nice view of the golf course.

One of the nice things about the 'Holiday Inn' as against the 'Holiday Inn Express' is the ability to order a breakfast. To me, this is an important part of a hotel stay and helps make the stay better. For the cost of this hotel the value is good. I would be happy to stay again.

This is the best place to stay in Sarnia. The staff have been around for a while so it is nice to see familiar faces. Most recently, the person working the bar and the tables did an outstanding job on a saturday night with customer service.

I was there for meetings over 2 days and the food at the hotel was superb. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone.
