Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by OK with aminor glitch. I stayed in this property several times on my travels through Germany. Always excellent breakfast, good, very clean room, perfect service ... but this time upon arrival we had (as a Platinum member) to wait for check-in over 10 minutes. There was only one person at the desk and there were several folks checking-in. At least what I expected was a kind smile ... I was noticed only when my turn for check-in came. May 10, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent (business) hotel Used the hotel for 2 nights: was expensive due to BIOFACH messe (but that is to be expected). Location is next to highway so very easy to get to for instance Nurnberg Messe. It's a fairly new hotel, so nice new rooms. No restaurant available, however staff is very happy to assist with ordering in food from nearby places which you can eat in hotel restaurant. One complaint: 8 euro/night for (empty) underground parking seems very high... February 20, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Best Express Ever Immediately upon check-in at this hotel I was impressed with the attitude and pleasantness of the staff. They couldn't be more helpful. The room was slightly larger than your average Express and the bedding was top quality and very comfortable. Breakfast choice and quality was excellent too. All in all a stay to remember and I will definitely stay again next time I am in the area. January 16, 2013

We were sitting at the bar with my wife more than ten minutes till she asked us what we wanted to drink. You must know, the bar was really a small one, they were coming and going before us, it was absolutely not possible not to make a notice of us, that we are waiting of to be served, Very very unpleasant, very unpolite. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Übernachtung auf der Durchreise Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben wir auf dem Weg in den Süden in Schwabach übernachtet und waren wieder voll überzeugt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption empfingen uns freundlich, die Unterlagen waren vorbereitet. Der Check-Inn dauert max. 2 Minuten. Das Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend; was fehlte wurde umgehend aufgefüllt. Für uns stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis; wir werden wiederkommen. December 23, 2012

Das Personal ist super nett, die Zimmer sehr sauber und das Frühstück ist das beste Frühstück, welches wir bei Holiday Inn Express bekommen haben. Wir sind oft Gäste der Holiday Inn Gruppe und haben in vielen Häusern dieser Gruppe genächtigt, aber dieses Haus zählt zuden besten Holiday Inn Express Häusern. Machen Sie weiter so.
